If you are receiving bookings from Hostelworld, you may want to add a commission adjustment so the balance on your bookings is the amount to be collected by the front desk.
- Select Settings > Your channel manager > Prepayment.
- Select Agent (this will be Hostelworld or Hostelworld Group) > Adjust > Rate (normally 15% but check your own Hostelworld account). Select + Add.
- You will then see the commission adjustment is automatically applied to new Hostelworld bookings that enter the system.
