When a guest has booked via an OTA channel and arrived at your property, they may wish to extend their stay. To keep your reporting accurate and choose the rate use the Copy function.
Note: If the guest has not yet arrived at the property booking modifications should be done by themselves in channel (Bookingcom, Expedia etc).
- Open the booking and select the Copy button.
- Select the number of nights to extend.
- Select if you need to move them to a different room - otherwise keep as is.
- Choose if you want to keep the same rates from the channel, or the standard rates in your system.
- Remove the Agent, Reference and Source to keep your reporting accurate.
- Select Copy Booking.
