Once a payment transaction has been processed or recorded in Abode you can send a receipt to the guest.


If you have Stripe integrated with your Abode system view the note at the bottom of the article.


Want to edit your receipt templates? Select Settings > System > Form Text to edit the Receipt Header and Receipt Footer.


  1. In the individual booking screen select the Paid button to view the receipt.



  2. If viewing a group booking select either the Paid link for the room or the Total Paid to view the receipts.



  3. Select Email Receipt to email the receipt to the guest.



  4. Select Send Email.


Note: If your Stripe account is connected to Abode and you are using the Abode Booking Engine you can choose to auto-send Stripe receipts if guests pay at the time of booking.
