Using the Tickets function you can add additional charges to your Abode website booking engine. Follow the steps below to add a mandatory cleaning charge.


  1. Ensure you have the Tickets/Activity function enabled on your account. If not, please contact support@abodebooking.com.


  2. Select Settings > Activity > Providers.



  3. Enter the name of your property in the Provider name field and select Add +.



  4. Select Activities and enter Cleaning Fee into the Item and Description fields. Select your property as the Provider, select Website? = No and select Add +.



  5. Select Pricing and select your Cleaning Fee in the Activity field. Enter the charge amount in the Adult field and select Add +.




  6. Select Packages and select the room type you wish to apply in the Packages field. Select the cleaning fee from the Activity field, Included in price? = No, Per person? = No? and select Add +.



  7. Repeat step 6 for all room types as necessary. Test that your setup is successful by making a booking through your website booking engine.
