To ensure a successful import of your booking data into Abode, please review the following list and ensure that your data meets the required format and contains the necessary information.


Format:

  1. Format your data as either a CSV (comma-separated values) file or an Excel spreadsheet.
  2. Each bed allocation should be placed on a separate line within the file.
  3. Consolidate all records into a single file.
  4. Include data for up to two years in the past. Please avoid exceeding this timeframe.


Required Data:

  1. Name of Guest
  2. Check-in date
  3. Check-out date and/or number of nights
  4. Room (Room 4)
  5. Status (Checked-In, Enquiry, Etc)

  1. Reservation Cost
  2. Source (booking.com, Expedia, walk-in)
  3. Source Reference Number
  4. Previous system reference number
  5. balance/amount to charge
  6. deposit/amount paid
