The Bookings screen in Abode acts as a 'live feed' of new online bookings, modifications and cancellations that have entered the system via your online channels.


Note: To view a report of all bookings, including manually entered bookings, select Reports > Guest Information.



  1. Select the New button to open the booking. Check the details are correct and if there is any action you need to take with the booking. Unviewed bookings are highlighted in bold.

  2. The bookings counter will tell you how many unviewed bookings you have in your feed.

  3. The payment column shows you where a booking has originated from and the channel reference number.

  4. The action column identifies if this is a new booking, modified booking, or cancelled booking.
