The Revenue report in your Abode Register allows you to view your transaction information over a certain period. The data in the report is all income based and will only display where payment has been made. Note: This report differs from the Income Summary in the main Reports menu, which is revenue based.


The report can be filtered by any date period using the date picker at the top of the screen.


The report is split into three sections: Income, Deposits and Revenue.

  • The Income section splits out the total income for the date period by the payment types (in rows).
  • The Expected column is the amount recorded in the system when using the Payment Due button on a booking, or when recording payment on the Sales (POS) screen.
  • The Actual total is the amount entered in your Cash-up process (How do I cash-up/balance the till at the end of the day?)
  • The Difference is any discrepancy between the two.



  • The Deposits section displays the difference between income taken for bookings included and not included in the selected date period.
  • Past income for revenue displays the total amount of income taken in the past, for bookings/revenue that are within that date period.
  • Current income for revenue displays the total amount of income taken within that date period for bookings/revenue happening in the future.



  • The Revenue section displays only revenue where payment has been recorded. Revenue in that period where payment has not been taken is not included in this report. (See the Revenue Listing/Income Summary in your main Reports menu.)
