We highly recommended writing down your login information and keeping it in a safe place. If you have happened to forget your password or you are trying to log in on a new device here are a few things you can do.
Check if CAPS LOCK is on.
This mistake gets us all at one point or another. Please ensure caps-lock is off and try again.
Check Google account for saved passwords.
It is very common to let google save your passwords and auto-fill login details. When logging in on a new device this can sometimes create an issue. Here is how to view your password from your google account.
- In the top-right corner of your browser select your profile image/logo.
- Under your name/email, select the KEY icon.
- Find smartbooking.co.nz and select the EYE icon. This will now show your password.
Reset your password
- If none of the above have worked for you. It is time to request a password reset.
- From the login screen. Select Forgot Your Password?
- Enter your username. Select I AM NOT A ROBOT. Select Reset Password.
Note: It is important to wait at least 5 minutes for the automated email. We recommend checking your junk box as well. If you still haven't received a password reset, Please get in touch. support@abodebooking.com. - Open your email and follow the link.
- Enter a new password and select Reset Password. Your password will now be reset and you can log-in.
