We highly recommended writing down your login information and keeping it in a safe place. If you have happened to forget your password or you are trying to log in on a new device here are a few things you can do.

Check if CAPS LOCK is on. 

    This mistake gets us all at one point or another. Please ensure caps-lock is off and try again.


Check Google account for saved passwords.


It is very common to let google save your passwords and auto-fill login details. When logging in on a new device this can sometimes create an issue. Here is how to view your password from your google account.


  1. In the top-right corner of your browser select your profile image/logo.

  2. Under your name/email, select the KEY icon.

  3. Find smartbooking.co.nz and select the EYE icon. This will now show your password. 

Reset your password

  1. If none of the above have worked for you. It is time to request a password reset.
  2. From the login screen. Select Forgot Your Password?
  3. Enter your username. Select I AM NOT A ROBOT.  Select Reset Password. 
    Note: It is important to wait at least 5 minutes for the automated email. We recommend checking your junk box as well. If you still haven't received a password reset, Please get in touch. support@abodebooking.com.

  4. Open your email and follow the link.

  5. Enter a new password and select Reset Password. Your password will now be reset and you can log-in.
