Sending emails to guests can be a great way to pass on more information. Some ways this can be used is to inform guests of a road closure, offer a discount for returning guests, or changes to the check-in process. To get started follow the steps below. 

  1. Select Reports > Booking Information.

  2. Select how you would like to search for the guests from the first dropdown. ie check in date

  3. Next select the date range for the guests you would like to contact.

  4. When you are ready, select Email Guests.

  1. Enter a related subject line and your text.

  2. When you are ready. Select Send Email.



    Important: We do not recommend using this as a marketing tool, as the guest may not have opted in.
