When doing a cash-up you may need to edit a payment if it has been entered incorrectly. You have the opportunity to do this before you have 'signed-off' and closed the till for the day.


(If the register has been closed for the day, please see notes at the end.)


  1. Select Register to Edit and Delete payments record for that date.


  2. If the Edit and Delete buttons are not displayed, you need to delete them first from Step 2 of the cash-up process.


  3. Deleting the payments from the Cash-up screen allows you to edit them before adding them back to cash-up again.


  4. If the register has been closed for the day the records will be locked. Unlocking the register can only be done with the admin user login. (If you are unsure of your admin user login, please contact support@abodebooking.com)
