If you have added a payment to a booking but realised you entered the wrong amount, payment method or payment date, you have the opportunity to fix this.


  1. For individual bookings, select the View receipts button on the Paid field.


  2. For group bookings, select either the group payments or booking payments in the Paid column.


  3. If the payment was entered today, the Edit and Delete buttons will display.


  4. If the payment was not for today, check the payment Date (not created).


  5. Open the date in the Register where you will find the payment. If the Edit and Delete buttons do not display, the register has been closed for that date. Only the Admin user can unlock the register.
