Request connection to Channex in booking extranet

Note: Please ensure any unused room types in have been removed before connecting. If any types connect be removed because of forward bookings, ensure to apply a stop-sell after connection.

Login to the admin for the property here:

  1. Select Account > Connectivity provider

  2. Select Search and enter Channex into the search field (ensure you type the whole name).

  3. Once Channex is selected on the list it will show the summary box, select Next.

  4. Select on the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions and then the Yes, I accept button.

  5. No other things need to be done or completed on this form. You will be in a waiting status until Channex accepts the connection.
