Using Rate Setup (or your default rates) is an easy way to update your future pricing for long periods or seasonal pricing.


Note: ensure you always have a price extending out to 2099 to protect yourself from future bookings. Most online channels require default rates to be set for the full period.


  1. Select Settings > Accommodation > Rates.



  2. Select the Price > Add the new Rate > (Additional) Adult cost (if applicable) > (Additional) Child cost (if applicable). Select the + (Add price) button to add the rate.



  3. You can keep adding future prices by entering a new Start date each time. Note: You do not need to set the End date as the system will calculate this for you.



    4. If using a channel manager, Send a full sync to Channels to push your new rates through. Select Settings > (Channel Manager) > Send full sync.

    (Please wait 10 minutes for the update to process and then check your new rates are correct in your channel manager.)
